Change a customer's plan dates

You can easily change a customer's payment plan or subscription dates via the Paythen dashboard with a few clicks.

For customers that are in progress or overdue, you can change their future payment dates via the "Change plan billing dates" option on the more menu if you're on the customer listing page:

Or via the admin controls if you're on the customer detail page.

For customers with overdue payment, you'll be asked how to handle them:

Then you'll be asked to choose when you'd like the next payment date to be. Once you do, you'll see a confirmation and preview screen with future payment dates:

On this final step, once you click "YES, CHANGE THE DATES" the change will be final and the customer's plan will be adjusted.

For customers on date based plans, you will see old dates on the left and new dates on the right. You can leave any dates that are unchanged blank, unless they're overdue:

It's important to note that you can change a customer's plan dates with this approach but you can't change the plan, or the plan billing interval. If you need to do that, contact us via the chat icon with the customer's detail page link and the change you need made and the Paythen team will assist you.
